About Us

The main farm operates from the yard at Waddenhall Farm.

We have two full time staff and another regular self-employed operator to call on year round. An extra two regular casual staff are taken on from July to the end of October.

Combinable crops predominate, including wheat, barley, oats, oilseed rape and beans.

60 hectares of quality meadow hay are grown to supply local stables.

We run a 30 head suckler cow herd using a British Blue bull. The cows are spring calving with calves being sold as ‘stores’ at 12 months. A few cattle are finished each year and sold as ‘boxed beef’.
